This belt is an upgrade to a very old one and I Love It! It stays in place, I like the velcro tab and once I am done working out and take that belt off I have a ton of sweat. I use with a sweat cream and this works great.

I love the fabric of this waist belt. I wear it to the gym everyday and I see a difference immediately after every workout. It makes you sweat so much. If you do this with diet you will definitely see a difference in your stomach. I do wish it was a little longer so I could do my upper and lower abdomen at the same time though. You also have to make sure you wrap it really tight too if you want major results. It stays in place as well and helps support my back in the gym.

I use a slimming cream then wrap this around my waist and leave it overnight. The next morning when I take this off, my waist is drenched in sweat. I don't even workout but I bet doing that would be even more effective

Needed a new band and tried this one. I can do anything wearing it. Works great. I ed a medium and could have probably gotten away with a small. But wear every day. Working, sitting, cleaning everything.

You won’t get as sweaty as the pictures unless you sweat a lot, but it’s pretty comfortable and the price was good. Don’t confuse with a weighted strap for lifting weights though, it doesn’t have any support.

The best thing about this product is you can wear it all day and sleep with it on. You immediately see results with your waistline after removing it. You sweat more in the targeted area and I also love how you get lower back support while sitting long periods of time. The Velcro is also of higher quality so it doesn’t fray or become worn with time. Definitely worth the money!

I've had a few Waist trainers and they all roll or slip. Most are not very durable nor do they make you sweat. THIS waist trainer stays in place, makes me drip the sweat, and supports my back! Love it

This waist trainer is amazing. I always struggle with finding one long enough for my whole back . I usually always have that back fat roll hanging out . Not in this one . I wear it for back support. After a few hours it’s really wet . But I can’t feel the wetness until I take it off . For reference I’m5’6, 180lbs and a 34H in bra .

The crazy thing is that I've had a belt like this for maybe 3 years Then the Velcro stopped catching so I had to get a new one. So this is the new one and I have been using it for only a month. In a rush I put on a shirt that has a body suit snap underneath it and I couldn't believe how flat my stomach was. This shirt normally would leave me muffin topped over the jeans that I wore it with but my stomach was flat 360ﾟ around and I wasn't holding it in. What makes me upset is that the other wrap I had was almost identical to this one but it never did a thing for me and I knew it wasn't doing a thing for me I just felt better that I was sweating.. I don't know what the difference is with this one but I have an hour glass shaped that I didn't even know about until a week ago.

This product actually came free with the TNT tropical sweat cream. Well, I had to pay shipping so it was $4.95. Either way, this band is finally wide enough to fit my entire mid-section from my upper hip area to about 2 inches below my chest. Now I am short so this will probably not fit everyone the same but it works for me. Also, the band is not super long so I’m able to easily put it on without having to wrap it around my body in some awkward fashion.As for creating sweat.., yes it does!! I highly recommend getting their sweat cream to enhance the heat and increase your sweatiness!I also use this band for back relief. I do have to wash it down before using it for back relief because it gets sweaty and gross (like it’s suppose to).

A car wreck left me with 7 broken ribs on one side. I use this daily to help hold pressure against them. It relieves a lot of pain and allows me to do simple things that’s too painful without it. It doesn’t stretch quite as much as others I’ve used and it doesn’t allow the sweat to dry as quickly as I’d like but it’s a must have in my daily life!

It provides great support which in turn prevents back pain. My only small complaint is that it is rather big for me and I wish it was easier to adjust to make it a little tighter eventhough the velcro closure is quite strong.
