This is an absolutely tasteless way to increase my daily protein intake (I guess this depends on the user but I have mixed this with coffee, yogurts, and shakes and it hasn't altered the taste of anything). I have been taking this collagen for an easy boost of protein to my diet. My nails are stronger and breaking less as well (not sure if that is a result of this or not but I will take it!). I have tried other collagen supplements but always go back to this one as my go to!

I love how it works. My knees do feel a lot better after I've been using it. But the packaging has definitely changed. It got smaller. And the price almost doubled. I used to pay around $15 for this. Now it's almost $25, that's ridiculous for the amount that I'm getting. Other than the price and the smaller amount; I do love it. Although if you do some research there are some trace amounts of metal in it.

I feel so much better since I started taking collagen. It takes a little time to take effect but so worth the wait. I put it in my coffee or tea. It does change the color but does not change the taste. If your joints hurt, try it.
